Welcome Corrine Mack, Fourth Grade Teacher
Our Lady of the Elms is pleased to announce Corrine Mack as the newest addition to the Lower School Faculty teaching the fourth grade class. She has twelve years of teaching experience and four years of experience teaching fourth grade students in technology and S.T.E.A.M. classes. Mrs. Mack completed a Master in Arts in Mathematics, tailored to Middle Childhood Education, from John Carroll University. Corrine most recently worked at St. Joseph Parish School in Cuyahoga Falls, where she taught Advanced Math to students in grades 6 - 8.
Corrine shares, “Through my teaching, I help students connect learning to the “real world” engaging learning opportunities that include teaching S.T.E.A.M. classes and coding through gardening.” Throughout her career, she has written robotics curricula, implemented Project Based Learning and has experience as a S.T.E.M. advisor. Outside the classroom, she has coached robotics, volleyball and basketball teams.
Kevin Kelly, Academic Dean at Our Lady of the Elms, shares, “Corrine Mack is a wonderful addition to the Lower School faculty. Mrs. Mack is a highly motivated and hardworking educator who will help our students build solid foundations across all content areas.”
