We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 School Year, although space is limited. Families are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Since Our Lady of the Elms serves students in Preschool through High School, admissions steps and requirements vary by grade level. Please read through your student’s grade band below for instructions on how to apply.

Students must be 3 years old by September 1 and fully potty trained.
Parents must complete the Elms Admission Application. and Preschool Questionnaire.
The Enrollment team will provide enrollment paperwork upon receipt of these forms. A Birth Certificate is required for all applicants.
Please note that financial assistance is not available at the Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten level.

Students must be 5 years old by September 1. Previous Preschool attendance is highly encouraged.
Parents must complete the Elms Admission Application. and Pre-Primary Questionnaire.
The Enrollment team will schedule a Kindergarten Screening for your student to determine Kindergarten readiness.
After the screening, the Enrollment Office will provide enrollment paperwork. A Birth Certificate is required for all applicants.
EdChoice applications are provided with enrollment paperwork. Families seeking additional financial aid must complete a FACTS Grant & Aid application.

Records from your student’s current school will be requested. This includes current report card, cumulative final grades, standardized test results, IEP/ETR (if applicable) and attendance & discipline reports.
After records have been received and reviewed, the Enrollment Office will provide enrollment paperwork to students who are offered placement at the Elms. A Birth Certificate is required for all applicants.
EdChoice/Jon Peterson applications are provided with enrollment paperwork. Families seeking additional financial aid must complete a FACTS Grant & Aid application.

*Current Elms 8th Graders do not need to reapply for high school. Re-enrollment will be offered in January.

Rising 12th Graders will not be considered for admission to the Elms unless a family is relocating from out of town.

Catholic school students will receive the Cleveland Diocese’s application from their 8th grade teacher. List Our Lady of the Elms as your 1st choice.

Decision decision letters will be mailed/emailed.
